În urma examinări, evaluării și comparării ofertelor depuse în cadrul procedurii de atribuire s-a constatat că SRL EKVISON n-a prezentat certificat de conformitate pentru bunurile ofertate și dovada experienței domeniu- minim 3 ani (se vor prezenta minim 3 contracte încheiate și executate; la fel, se vor prezenta și minim 3 recomandări). La data de 12.03.2024 prin scrisoarea nr. 08/2-09/1635 s-a solicitat ca oferta propusă să se completeze cu informațiile și documentele care lipsesc. Prin răspunsul din 14.03.2024, SRL EKVISON a prezentat dovada experienței domeniu, fără a prezenta certificatul de conformitate.
Totodată, operatorul economic CANINDSPORT S.R.L. la solicitare autorității contractante a prezentat 3 recomadări conform pct. 10 din anunțul de atribuire.
Având în vedere cele expuse, în conformitate cu art. 69 alin.(6) lit. a) s-a hotărât respingerea ofertei operatorului economic SRL EKVISON și atribuirea contractului de achiziție publică/acordului-cadru CANINDSPORT S.R.L
