Examinați prețurile pe piața R.M. Valoarea estimativă pentru loturile 11,12,13,14 sunt foarte mici.
Answer (19 Feb 2024, 08:26):
Buna ziua. Reeșind din situația în care în procedura inițială pentru loturile sus menționate nu a avut loc licitația, la decizia grupului de lucru pentru achiziții al spitalului s-a decis publicarea repetată fără modificarea valorii estimative la loturi. Vă rugăm atenționat să participați cu oferte , să putem evalua procedura în strictă conformitate cu legislația ( art.69 legea achizițiilor 131/2015, cu modifică și completări alterioare) și lua decizie corespunzătoare. După caz va fi examinat rezultat pentru fiecare lot și luată decizia de achiziționare la necesitate.
