Actualizare!!! Stimaţi operatori economici rugăm respectuos să atrageţi atenţia asupra următoarelor ajustări aplicate procedurii de achiziţii publice curente: - Cartea tehnică urmează a fi perfectată de către şi din contul ofertantului, această condiţie a fost inclusă în modelul de contract parte a procedurii de achiziţie publică; - Perioada de garanţie pentru lucrări este de 5 ani, această modificare a fost aplicată la Anunţul de participare şi la contractul de achiziţie. - Perioada de garanţie pentru Invertoare şi Panouri solare a rămas neschimbată, aceasta fiind o condiţie atribuită bunurilor respective, care urmează a fi instalate în cadrul lucrărilor contractate şi urmează a fi tratată prin prisma art. 17.pct (3) al Legii nr. 105 din 13.03.2003 privind protecţia consumatorilor.
