1) Prestatorul va asigura prestarea serviciilor de mentenanță corectivă SIA „Arhivă Stare Civilă” în baza documentului aprobat de către Beneficiar “SARCINI TEHNICE „Servicii de mentenanță corectivă a SI “Arhiva Stare Civilă”.
2) Pentru întreagă perioadă contractuală, Prestatorul va asigura pentru Beneficiar funcționarea și accesul la un sistem de înregistrare a apelurilor de suport și mentenanță.
3) Pentru asigurarea confidențialității datelor, Prestatorul, pe perioada contractuală, va semna cu Beneficiar un acord de confidențialitate.
