În specificarea tehnică deplină este stipulat că intervențiile se efectuează cel puțin o dată pe lună, iar la pct. 12, la termenii de livrare este menționat - „12 luni cu divizare pe 4 trimestre”. Vă rugăm să precizați cum corelează o condiție cu alta și care e frecvența preconizată a vizitelor programate.
