Prin prezenta, Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei” Vă comunică că, urmare a evaluării ofertelor depuse în cadrul procedurii prin Licitație deschisă Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1703871060844 din „29” decembrie 2023 privind achiziționarea benzii pentru aparatele de casă, conducându-se de prevederile art.75 alin. (8) al Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale, grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis: 1. A desemna câștigătoare oferta operatorului economic „MITRA-GUP” S.R.L., reieșind din faptul că s-a conformat tuturor cerințelor din anunțul de participare la procedura de achiziție a benzii pentru aparatele de casă (Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1703871060844 din „29” decembrie 2023), suma totală fără TVA – 513 915,00 lei (suma totală cu TVA – 616 698,00 lei), care se încadrează în bugetul prevăzut pentru procedura data de achiziție. * Conform prevederilor Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale, - art. 87, alin.(2) „Soluționarea contestațiilor privind atribuirea contractelor de achiziții sectoriale se realizează conform cap. X din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice”. Vă mulțumim pentru participare!
