in anunt se regaseste prezentarea declaratiei privind beneficiarii efectivi, in anexa 12 se scrie ca se va prezenta dupa semnarea contractului, iar in anexa 15 ca urmeaza a se prezenta, care pct.se aplică? e nevoie sau nu de aceasta declaratie pentru procedura data?
