Prin prezenta, Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei” Vă comunică că, urmare a examinării ofertelor depuse în cadrul procedurii prin Licitație deschisă Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1702393781024 din „12” decembrie 2023 privind achiziționarea hârtiei xerox, conducându-se de prevederile art.75 alin. (8) al Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale, grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis: 1. A desemna câștigătoare oferta operatorului economic S.R.L. „CARTNORD PAPER”, ce s-a conformat tuturor cerințelor din anunțul de participare la procedura de achiziționare a hârtiei xerox (Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1702393781024 din „12” decembrie 2023), suma totală a ofertei, fără TVA – 580 282,93 lei (suma totală a ofertei, cu TVA – 696 339,52 lei), care se încadrează în bugetul prevăzut pentru procedura dată de achiziție. * Conform prevederilor Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale, - art. 87, alin.(2) „Soluționarea contestațiilor privind atribuirea contractelor de achiziții sectoriale se realizează conform cap. X din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice”. Vă mulțumim pentru participare!
