Definiți termenul de telefonie fixă tradițională în sensul tehnologiei solicitate de la operator. Descrierea serviciului solicitat in anuntul de participare nu permite identificarea modalitatii de furnizare a serviciului catre autoritatea contractanta.

Buna ziua, telefonie traditionala se subintelege telefonie prin cablu UTP (existenta la moment in cadrul institutiei).
