Bomboane în sortiment:
1) 3120,00 kg de bomboane, preambalate în peliculă și cutie de carton a câte 1200 gr. sub formă - cadou de Crăciun (2600 cutii). Cutiile vor avea aspectul exterior potrivit scenariului sărbătorilor de iarnă cu inscripții în limba română.
Conținutul unei unități preambalate:
- ciocolată/ciocolată albă/ciocolată cu lapte/ciocolată cu alune/ciocolată umplută - ≥ 75%;
- caramele/caramele cu umplutură/caramele glasate; bomboane glasate/neclasate; drajeuri glasate/neclasate; iris semisolid/moale; jeleuri (marmelade) cu consistența gelatinoasă - ≤ 25%.
Conform cerinţelor: Legea 279/2017 și Legea 306/2018.
Reglementările tehnice: stabilite în H.G. 204/2009.
Termenul de valabilitate al produsului: minim 75 zile de la data livrării.
Condiţii de livrare a mărfii:
- livrarea se va efectua cu transportul vânzătorului, pe adresa șos. Hînceşti 84, mun. Chişinău;
- la livrare se va prezenta certificatul de calitate;
- la solicitarea autorității contractante, ofertanţii pentru prezenta poziţie vor prezenta mostrele în decurs de 3 zile;
- termen de livrare: până la 14.12.2023.
