Reason: Grupul de lucru pentru achiziții publice a IMSP Spitalul raional Leova în ședința din data de 14.11.2023 analizînd minuțios toate ofertele participanților la procedura de achiziție și a ajuns la încheierea că, oferta S.C. ,,Megacon Service” SRL întrunește toate condițiile enunțate în documentația de atribuire și, cu majoritatea celor prezenți la ședință, s-a ajuns la concluzia că, propunerea S.C. ,,Megacon Service” SRL este cea mai avantajoasă. Urmare celor relatate supra, grupul de lucru pentru achiziții publice a IMSP Spitalul raional Leova, conducîndu-se de prevederile Legea nr.131 din 03.07.2015 ,,privind achizițiile publice” a decis de a desemna Oferta S.C. ,,Megacon Service” SRL ca fiind cîștigătoare.
