Ouă de găină de masă Clasa "ouă de găină de masă" (proaspete) cuprinde ouăle de găină cu termenul de păstrare la temperatura până la 20С maxim 25 zile de la data ouatului. Ouă măşcate, cu masa de peste 50 gr.; Camera de aer, înălţimea - Imobilă, înălţimea până la 7 mm. Albuşul - Transparent, se admite o fluiditate neînsemnată fără miros şi gust străin, nespecific, de culoare albă. Gălbenuşul - Compact vizibil, se admite puţin mobil, de culoare galben-oranj.
