În temeiul pct. 42 din Regulamentul cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 870/2022, urmare examinării și evaluării ofertelor prezentate s-au constatat următoarele:
Ofertele prezentate de către toți operatorii economici pentru loturile 1-8 corespund cerințelor de calificare și specificațiilor tehnice, propunerile financiare se încadrează în valoarea estimată a achiziției pentru fiecare lot în parte. Toate documentele solicitate au fost prezentate. Mostrele prezentate corespund specificațiilor tehnice solicitate.
În temeiul pct. 41 din Regulamentul cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 870/2022, Grupul de lucru în domeniul achizițiilor public în cadrul AGEPI a decis atribuirea contractelor de achiziție publică de valoare mică privind achiziționarea Rechizitelor de birou (MTender ID ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1697547433167 din 17.10.2023), conform loturilor, următorilor operatori economici:
1) „CRAFTI BUSINESS” SRL pentru loturile nr. 1 și 2 cu suma totală în valoare de 6032,95 lei fără TVA /7239,54 lei cu TVA.
2) „BIROVITS” SRL pentru loturile nr. 3 și 8 cu suma totală în valoare de 3039,20 lei fără TVA/ 3647,04 lei cu TVA.
3) „RĂDOP-OPT” SRL pentru lotul nr. 4 cu suma în valoare de 17777,75 lei fără TVA/21333,30 lei cu TVA.
4) „CASA MOROȘAN” SRL pentru loturile nr. 5, 6, 7 cu suma totală în valoare de 4636,52 lei fără TVA/5563,82 lei cu TVA.
