Corespunde tuturor cerințelor de calificare și tehnice minime solicitate. Este de menționat că, oferta depusă de către ofertantul FPC VEC SRL pentru lotul 4 „Servicii de menținere a echipamentului de alimentare neîntreruptă cu energie electrică Liebert”, în conformitate cu art.71, alin (1), lit.d), liniuța a 6-a din Legea nr.131/2015 privind achizițiile publice, depășește suma ofertei mai mult de 30% valoarea estimată a lotului. Este la fel de important de menționat că, cantitățile indicate la lotul respectiv (pozițiile 2-8) sunt orientative, iar executarea contractului va avea loc în funcție de cantitate bunurilor livrate efectiv la necesitate, prețul contractului va fi stabilit orientativ în limita mijloacelor financiare alocate.
