Ofertele ÎP COSTEȘTI și LUNIMAR PRIM SRL se resping în temeiul pct.35 și pct.51 subpct.3) din Regulamentul cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr.870/2022, deoarece ofertele nu corespund cerinţelor solicitate (nu au fost semnate electronic ofertele plasate în SIA ”RSAP”).
