La compartimentul " Sharing Folders and Files" se solicita posibilitatea de a lucra cu documentele Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc (extensiunile doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, csv, txt ). Previzualizarea si editarea acestor documente în Webmail și lucru în comun a mai multor utlizatori. Deasemenea se solicita partajarea documentului sau a folder-ului cu diferite drepturi (Viewer, Editor, Manager, Administrator).
La compartimentul "Outlook for Windows (Outlook Connector)" se solicita integrarea Contactelor, Calendarului , Task-urilor cu clienții poștali Microsoft Outlook versiunile => 2016 . (Se presupune un Addon sau aplicatie aditionala de sincronizare)
La compartimentul "Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus":
La moment este folosita solutia free Clamav si Spamassassin in Backend pentru Frontend este utilizata o soluție proprietara de filtrare Antispam-Antivirus ca smtp gateway appliance.
Nu se solicitata smtp gateway appliance ca solutie antispam antivirus, deja folosim asa solutie. Este necesara doar o solutie integrata in Sistemul de Posta Electronica cara scaneaza atasamentele la Virus si SPAM.
