In conditiile de participare Dvs. solicitati prezentarea mostrelor in termen de 2 zile lucratoare. Care este justificarea autoritatii contractante dat fiind faptul ca merge vorba de echipament care se livreaza la comanda, fiindca caracteristicile tehnice ale acestora poate fi confirmata prin prezentarea Pasaportului tehnic/ Manualul de utilizare sau Instrucțiunile de la producător, care a si fost solicitata?
