Buna ziua,
Solicitam sa fie corectata cerinta "Pentru prezenta pozitie ofertantii vor prezenta mostrele in decurs de 2 zile de la termenul limita de deschidere a ofertelor" in sintagma "Pentru prezenta pozitie ofertantii vor prezenta mostrele in decurs de 5 zile dupa termenul limita de deschidere a ofertelor".

Buna ziua. Solicitarea dvs. se respinge deoarece, Grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis, ca în ziua examinării și evaluării ofertelor, să examineze și mostrele ofertanților. Astfel, reieșind din cerința că ofertantii vor prezenta mostrele in decurs de 2 zile pana la termenul limita de deschidere a ofertelor, dvs. sunteți în drept să prezentați oferta exact în ora și minutele termenului limită de deschidere a ofertelor, respectiv așa vă veți asigura că nu veți divulga producătorul dvs. în raport cu alți ofertanți.

Va rugam sa extindeti termenul de depunere a ofertelor.
Pentru asa o suma importanta a licitatiei un termen de 13 zile este foarte mic.
In plus este necesar sa pregatim mostre si sa le primim din alta tara.
Numai transportulprin DHL sau FEDEX va dura circa 7 zile.
