Is this tender tailored for purchasing Integrated station Desk Identity Management(Vision Box VDesk Identity Management (IdM)? Will you consider changing some specifications to allow other participants than Vision box to provide you Biometric data collection equipment which capture high-quality facial images, fingerprints and signature?

Based on the provisions and requirements set out in the Tender documentation, the technical specifications that contains the syntagma "or equivalent", means that any bid offering the equipment that is compliant with the minimum requested technical requirements shall be accepted for evaluation by the Contracting Authority.

Can you consider of extension of the deadline of clarification until 29th of September and therefore we can provide complementary specification to select and purchase Biometric data collection equipment?

The deadline of clarification can not be extended by the Contracting Authority as it is set up automatically by the MTender electronic procurement platform. After the 15th of September any clarification on tender documentation can be addressed by email at achizitii@asp.gov.md. The answers shall be sent by email and published on https://www.asp.gov.md/index.php/ro/transparenta/achizitii-publice .

Luind in consideratie complexitatea achizitiei, dar si a perioadei lungi de depunere a ofertelor 15 sept - 9 octombrie, solicitam cel putin doua saptamani suplimentare pentru inaintarea clarificarilor, adica pina pe 29 septembrie.

Termenul limită de clarificare nu poate fi prelungit de către Autoritatea Contractantă, întrucât este setat în mod automat de către platforma electronică de achiziții MTender. După data de 15 septembrie, orice clarificare cu privire la documentația de licitație poate fi adresată prin e-mail la adresa achizitii@asp.gov.md. Răspunsurile vor fi trimise prin e-mail și publicate pe https://www.asp.gov.md/index.php/ro/transparenta/achizitii-publice.
