Conform pct. 1.1.4 Mod de Baza / Rover la Receiver din Anexa la anunt de participare este specificata valoarea Baza + Rover. Va rog sa ne comunicati daca aceasta valoare presupune ca Receiver-ul trebuie sa suporte Baza sau Receiver-ul trebuie sa contina in completatie si Baza. Daca se solicita completarea cu Baza, va rog sa prezentati cerintele tehnice fata de Baza.
