Buna ziua! Echipament solicitat are pretul суд putin dublu fata de buget preconizat. Verificati va rog sau parametri sau revizuiti bugetul lotului. Mersi anticipat.
Answer (7 Sep 2023, 10:09):
Bună ziua, planificarea s-a efectuat în limita bugetului aprobat pentru anul 2023 la care modificări nu putem efectua. Cantitatea lotului dat il vom achizitiona în limita bugetului aprobat în caz că nu va depăși 30 % conform art. 72 din legea nr. 131 din 03.07.2015 privind achizițiile publice.
