для успешного проведения закупки, и обеспечения должной конкуренции участников, настоятельно просим увеличить срок поставки с 10 дней ( что очевидно дает привилегию поставщику который имеет машину в стоке в молдове) - до стандартных для поставки техники 60 дней.
В противном случае, может быть подана контестация, при которой срок поставки будет увеличен Агенством, но которое затянет проведения данной закупки на минимум 1,5 месяца, либо воовсе не будет проведен и выделеный буджет будет возвращен в казначейство.

Bună ziua, la solicitarea Dumneavoastră se precizează că prelungirea termenului de livrare este imposibilă, or, livrarea în termeni cât mai restrânși a mijlocului de transport este cauzată de numărul mare de misiuni de serviciu, precum și necesitatea desfășurării acestora în timpul apropiat (finele trimestrului III).
