In publicare se atesta o incarturaria totala, incepind de la publicare si terminind cu valorile estimative. De cind un asa set poate costa 40 lei? poate va orientati dupa licitatiile si contractele anterioare? anulati si reevaluati valoarea estimativa. De altfel AE trebuie sa depuna garantia bancara, astfel valoarea estimativa depasind 30 %, iar banii vor fi inchisi
