În documentația de atribuire pentru Lotul nr. 7 nu se regăsește sintagma ”Capacitatea de lucru instantanee: cantitatea coli A4 80g/m2”, respectiv Autoritatea contractantă va supune evaluării de corespundere a bunurilor pentru care vor fi depuse oferte doar în raport cu cerințele minime tehnice specificate.
Sintagma ”Equipment and accessories – Non-refurbished” acest termen stabilește cerințe ca echipamentele și accesoriile să nu fie de tip renovate.
