Buna ziua! Spune-ti va rog, radiatoarele trebuie sa fie anume de tip "ELBA" sau si analog, fiinca in cazul in care se face referire la un anumit brend se face incalcarea legii privind achizitiile publice. Legea 131 din 03-07-2015 art.37 pct (6).
