Buna ziua.
„În temeiul art. 49 alin. (13) din Legea nr. 209/2016 privind deșeurile (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, nr. 459-471, art. 916), cu modificările ulterioare, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2022, pot plasa pe piață baterii și acumulatori numai producătorii înregistrați în Lista producătorilor de baterii si acumulatori”. Rugam sa includeti in documentatia de atribuire confirmarea inregistrarii ofertantului in aceasta lista. Va multumim.

Ca raspuns la cerinta d-stra, va aducem la cunostinta precum ca, in tabelul unde sunt enumerate documentele care necesita a fi prezentate la oferta este indicat la punctul 8 si anume: “Dovada înregistrării persoanei juridice în Lista producătorilor, în conformitate cu prevederile HG Nr. 586 din 31-07-2020”
