Question:
solicitam de a exclude cerinta de prezentare a avizului de stat in constrcutie, tinind cont de suma estimativa a lucrarilor. Prin aceasta nu veti ingradi dreptul de a participa la aceasta procedura si la alti agenti economici, care au deja o experienta similara la aceste tipuri de lucrari, dar care nu detin Avizul. Astfel, prin participarea mai multor agenti economici, respectiv asigurati o concurenta loiala si va fi ei o economie mai mare la aceasta procedura.

Grupul de lucru a decis sa solicite avizul in constructt conform Documentatiei standard a lucrarilor . Reesind din cele expuse nu putem exclude avizul de stat in constructii.
