Buna ziua. Sint neclaritati la documentatia ceruta la urmatoarele puncte : 1. Pozitia 5 - Neincadrarea in situatiile ce determina excluderea de la procedura... - Ce document urmeaza sa fie anexat ? 2. Pozitia 8 - Neimplicarea in Practici Frauduloase - Deasemenea - Ce acte trebuiesc prezentate ? 3. Pozitia 11 - Specificatri va rog - care este Documentul care atesta Dreptul de a livra bunurile solicitate . 4. Pozitia 12 - Certificate de conformitate - pentru sisteme de sunet - in MD nu se elibereaza. (nici obligatorii nu sint) Fraza poate fi inlocuita - cu Declaratie de conformitate. Va rugam respectuos sa reformulati textele cerintelor - la pozitiile de mai sus - in asa fel - sa corespunda claritatii. Multumesc.

Buna ziua La pozitia nr.5 se cere de la operator economic DECLARAŢIE de neîncadrare în siatuațiile ce determină excluderea de la procedura de atribuire, ce vin în aplicarea art. 18 din Legea nr. 131 din 03.07.2015. La pozitia nr.8 se cere de la operator economic Declaraţia privind conduita etică şi neimplicarea în practici frauduloase şi de corupere. La pozitia nr.11 se cere de la operatorul economic Extras a intreprinderii La pozitia nr.12 se cere de la operatorul economic certificate de conformitate sau declaratie de conformitate.

Question:
Buna ziua. Referitor la Cantitati : 1. Pozitia 3 - cred ca nu e corect sa fie scris shake - verificati va rog daca e corect. 2. Pozitia 11 - Se cere microfon . Daca e sa analizam pretul - se presupune ca se cer - mai multe bucati.. Este scris - 1 bucata. Verificati va rog. 3. Pozitia 13 - La fel - va rog sa verificati daca e corect scris cantitatea. 4. Va rugam respectuos - sa revedeti perioada de Livrare. Printr-o analiza simpla in google - veti observa - ca Pe majoriatea platformelor internationale de vinzari - o buna parte din produse - nu sint pe stoc-uri. La Pozitia 4 de exemplu - sint indicate - aproximativ 5 luni, Sau Pozitiile 13 si 14 - la fel - ar putea dura comanda la fabrica- 4-6 luni .. Situatia e clara - ca in aceasta - perioada - sint retineri de productie la toate fabricile .. Deci - Va rugam respectuos -sa revedeti si/sau sa modificati dupa posibilitate termenii de livrare ceruti. Multumim anticipat.
