Ati indicat in anunt de participare Brand-ul si modele concrete, ceea ce este interzis conform legii. Se va lua in considerare modele echivalente de alt producator?

Buna ziua. Vă mulțumim pentru interesul provocat față de procedura în cauză și solicitarea de clarificare acordată. Astfel, ținem să menționăm că în conformitate cu prevederile pct. 11 din Anunțul de participare, modelele alternative sau echivalente nu se vor accepta.
Totodată, ce ține de descrierea specificațiilor tehnice pentru bunurile solicitate și referirea la o anumită marcă comercială, ținem să vă aducem la cunoștință și să atenționăm, că procedura în cauză, conform pragurilor valorice, nu cade sub incidența Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015, privind achizițiile publice, fiind reglementată de Regulamentul cu privire la achiziţiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 665 din 27.05.2016
