Conform pct 39 din Anunț autoritatea poate solicita de la participanți prezentarea mostrelor în dесurs de 2 zile lucrătoare de la deschiderea ofertelor. Se vor solicita, la necesitate, mostre în cazul existenței suspiciunilor vis-a-vis de calitatea bunurilor și, totodată a prețului anormal de scăzut.
