Este imposibil de avut pe stoc 400 bastoane pt nevazatori, nu este cel mai solicitat baston. De altfel la precedenta achizitie nu au fost depuse oferte. Va rugam sa acceptati modificarea 50% timp de 10 zile de la semnare, 50% timp de 3-6 luni sau pina la sf. anului.

Reiesind din solicitarile beneficiarilor autoritatii contractante si avind in vedere ca procedura este publicata a 3a oara, termenul de livrare a bunurilor se accepta pina la 45 zile de la semnarea contractului.

Deaceea ca este publicata a treia oara, vugam modificarea termenului de livrare. Nici un agent economic nu are asa catitate pe stoc si este imposibil de adus in 1 luna.

Reiteram, termenul acceptat de autoritatea contractanta constituie 45 zile de la semnarea contractului. Termenul prevazut pentru semnarea contractului constituie 6 zile. Deci, termen pentru livrarea bunurilor este mai mare de 30 zile, men'ionate de Dvs.
