Buna ziua,
1. Conform anuntului de participare, cantitatea solicitata este exprimata in tone.
Conform cerintelor speciale/obligatorii "1.2 Prețul a unui litru de carburant ofertat va fi cel afișat la stațiile de alimentare ale ofertantului cu aplicarea discountului ofertat."
Reiesind din aceasta apare loc de interpretari.
2.Conform documentatiei standard, in Anexa nr.23 -Propunere financiara, nu exista coloana cu pretul de referinta, care, conform aceluias anunt de participare este interpretabil
