(to current public procurement procedure) on MTender platform - "anexa la anuntul de articipare.signed (5).pdf" and are expected to be under the Vendor regulations "HPE Pointnext Tech Care Basic".

In accordance with provisions of document "anunt de participare.signed (14)" as follows:
"13. Termenii și condițiile de livrare/prestare/executare solicitați: serviciile vor fi prestate din data semnării Contractului pînă la data de 31.10.2023 inclusiv, conform cerințelor indicate în Anexa la Anunțul de participare.
14. Termenul de valabilitate a contractului: 31.10.2023"

In document "Anexa la anuntul de participare" art.1 "Condiții de prestare a serviciilor" type of support is specified as "HPE Pointnext Tech Care Basic"
Since 01/11/2022 HPE discontinued providing Poinnext Tech Care support for 3PAR 7xxx systems.
HPE Mature Support still is available for HPE StoreServ 7000 Storages. The service includes remote and on-site diagnostics, replacement of failed hardware components and resolution of software-related incidents.
