punctul nr. 20 din ”Cerințe de eligibilitate
Question:
Vă rugăm să ne explicați punctul nr. 20 din ”Cerințe de eligibilitate a operatorului economic, care va presta servicii de tipărire a timbrelor de acciz/consum”:
- 20) Trebuie să fie asigurată exclusivitatea dedicării încăperilor de producere şi păstrare doar pentru timbrele de acciz/consum.
Acest punct înseamnă – că încăperile, echipamentul, personalul se Va ocupa doar de procesul de fabricarea a timbrelor de acciz/consum. Efectuarea altor lucrări este înterzisă cu utilizarea echipamentelor, utilajelor și spațiilor de producere implicate în procesul de fabricarea timbrelor de acciz/consum?
Vă mulțumim anticipat pentru răspunsul acordat.
Answer (13 Jan 2023, 11:15):
Buna ziua, cerințele expuse în pct.20 fac referire doar la încăperile de producere și de depozitare a timbrelor de acciz/consum și nu la personalul implicat.
Cerința expusă în pct. 20 este obligatorie!!! Trebuie să fie asigurată exclusivitatea dedicării încăperilor de producere şi păstrare doar pentru timbrele de acciz/consum.
