La finisarea traficului serviciul va fi utilizat la viteză redusă;
Prețul ofertei va include toate costurile necesare prestării serciciului solicitat, inclusiv 300 modeme 3G/4G cu Wi-Fi, 15 modeme 3G/4G cu Wi-Fi de rezeră pentru a fi schimbate instantaneu, APN și adrese IP, 300 cartele SIM compatibile.
În cazul defectării echipamentului în perioada contractului, operatorul economic va înlocui din cont propriu echipamentul defectat.
Acoperirea națională nu mai puțin de 90 % din teritoriul Republicii Moldova.
La defectarea cartelelor SIM înlocuirea este gratuită, prin solicitare telefonică sau printr-un mesaj scris pe poșta electronică de către un specialist a autorității contractante.
Lunar să fie prezentată informția despre fiecare pachet individual în legătură cu traficul cheltuit anexat la factura lunară.
