Bună ziua, din ce motiv a fost schimbată perioada de propunere a ofertelor? Au fost efectuate modificări in anunțul de participare și în alte acte ce necesită a fi completate? Dacă da, atunci care sunt ele sau ce cerințe au fost modificate. Mulțumim!
