Buna ziua! Confform achizițiției date, Serviciul Special prevede doar procurarea bunurilor: sistemelor fotovoltaice, pentru care nu este necesar proiectul tehnic. Conform planului de achiziții, montarea sistemelor procurate se preconizează pentru anul viitot, iar pentru aceste lucrări va fi lansată o nouă achizitie..
