Eternității 6 care în urma clarificărilor solicitate de către autoritatea contractantă prin Scrisoarea nr. 355 din 24.11.2022 a prezentat Demersul din 25.11.2022 privind justificarea prețului anormal de scăzut cu argumentarea acestuia, ceea ce a permis ca oferta propusă să fie corespunzătoare cerinţelor documentaţiei standart şi totodată operatorul economic SA ,,COLOANA DE CONSTRUCȚIE MONTAJ – 17” a oferit preţul cel mai scăzut în valoare de 574 392,11 lei inclusiv TVA.
