Cum argumentați diferența enormă și inacceptabilă de mai mult de 30 %, dintre devizul elaborat conform normativelor, ( semnat de ÎNTREPRINDEREA DE STAT INSTITUTUL NAŢIONAL DE CERCETĂRI ŞI PROIECTĂRI ÎN DOMENIUL AMENAJĂRII TERITOR URBANPROIECT ) și suma propusă spre licitare. La final veți avea o lucrare de aproape 50 % față de cerințe. Din contul la ce se va face economia ???
