Buna ziua. "Tipul Smart-UPS" aparține numai producătorului APC. Ne propunem eliminarea acestui parametru din caiet de sarcini ca fiind contrar legii nr.131. Propunem să indicati în parametru "TIP" tehnologia UPS așa cum ar trebui să fie - line interactive sau online.
