Bună ziua. Vă rugăm să ne ziceți, dacă se vor primi ofertele cu echipamentele tehnice, care vor avea desrierea tehnică diferită de cerințele solicitate, dar vor avea cerințe mult mai calitative. Mulțumim.
Answer (21 Oct 2022, 14:49):
Stimaţi operatori. În procesul de evaluare a ofertelor Dvs de către grupul de lucru pentru achiziţii se vor examina toate ofertele depuse conform prevederilor legale şi deasemenea se vor evalua şi ofertele cu descrierea tehnică diferită de cerinţele solicitate de autoritatea contractantă. Daca parametrii tehnici a bunurilor solicitate conform Lotului propuşi de ofertant vor avea coeficienţi mai calitativi se vor da prioritate la evaluare, însă nu se va accepta bunuri cu specificaţia tehnică mai mică decît cea solicitată de autoritatea contractantă.
