Pentru Lotul nr.1 Masa profesorului pentru laboratorul de biologie conform necesităților LT L.Blaga a fost depusă o singură ofertă de către SRL ”Cartdidact”. La etapa examinării Specificației tehnice (Anexa nr.22), s-a constatat că descrierea tehnică propusă de operatorul economic conține divergențe la parametrii tehnici solicitați și anume:
- s-a solicitat: Dimensiunea: 3600*700*900 mm; Structura:PAL melaminat cu grosimea de 16 mm, cu grosimea muchiei din PVC de 0,5 mm. Capetele blatului sunt finisate cu muchii din PVC de 1 mm.
- s-a propus: Dimensiuni 2400×700×850 mm; Structura: grosimea suprafetei monolite a blatului de minim 12,7 mm si cadrul bordurei pe perimtrul blatului grosime minim 25.4 mm.
Oferta SRL ”Cartdidact” pentru Lotul 1 - Masa profesorului pentru laboratorul de biologie conform necesităților LT L.Blaga este respinsă, din motivul necorespunderii specificației tehnice.

Reason: Pentru Lotul nr.1 Masa profesorului pentru laboratorul de biologie conform necesităților LT L.Blaga a fost depusă o singură ofertă de către SRL ”Cartdidact”. La etapa examinării Specificației tehnice (Anexa nr.22), s-a constatat că descrierea tehnică propusă de operatorul economic conține divergențe la parametrii tehnici solicitați și anume:
