Buna ziua, in puntul 8 din documentatie este scris ca trebuie de indicat perioada de garantie a bunurilor in conformitate cu anexa A.
Totodata in anexa A nu este specificat acest punct.
rugam confirmare precum ca la masca nu se solicita perioada de garantie a bunurilor.

Punctul 9. ”Warranty / Shelf life: ..” din ”Terms and Conditions of Supply” al caietului de sarcini ITQ #126/GD/RM este mentionta termen de Garantie(Warranty) sau Termen de valabilitate (Shelf life) in dependenta de tipul marfii.
In cazul produselor achizitionate conform ITQ #126/GD/RM - Masca, Medicala/Surgicala, Type II, in Anexa A este stipulat ca Termenul de valabilitate restant, la momentul livrarii, va fi de cel putin 70% din termenul total de valabilitate al produsului:
”•The Shelf life - not less than 70% of the total shelf life of the product on delivery;”
