Solicitam sa luati in consideratie rata inflatiei la recalcularea bugetului. Pretul solicitat de dvs este inadmisibil de mic.

Valoarea estimată a fost ajustată, la momentul inițierii procedurii, cu rata inflației pe simestrul I al anului 2022 (24,2 %), față de prețul contractat în ultima procedură de achiziție. Totodată, vă aducem la cunoștință că ofertele care depăşesc cu 30% valoarea estimată a achiziţiei, se resping conform art. 71 alin. (1) lit. d) din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice.
