Va rugam sa modificati propozitia "recomandari pentru buna executie a lucrarilor din partea a cel putin trei autoritati publice locale", si anume sintagma "autoritati publice locale", din motiv ca unii operatori economici au contracte si cu alte persoane juridice, nu doar cu autoritati publice locale.
