Question:
Buna ziua, va rugam sa publicati rechizitele bancare in vederea perfectarii garantiei prin transfer la contul autoritatii contractante, multumim anticipat.
Answer (21 Sep 2022, 15:27):
Buna ziua. La punctul 17 din anuntul de participare scrie ca garantia pentru oferta trebuie sa fie emisa de catre o banca comerciala unde va deserviti dumneavoastra si sa fie in valoare de 1 % din suma fara TVA. De aceea nu este nevoie pentru a face transfer catre autoritatea contractanta. Conform HG nr.638 din 26.08.2020, art 126 pct.1 una din forme de garantie pentru oferta este scrisoare de garantie bancara.
