Prin astfel de decizie se limitează accesul producătorilor de lactate la participare in procedura de achizitie.
Rugam repetat excluderea articolului ”ouă dietice” din Lotul 2 ”Lactate”. Altfel ne rezervăm dreptul de a contesta pachetul de documente aferent procedurii de achiziție la Agenția Națională pentru Soluționarea Contestațiilor.
