Добрый день. В объявлении на участие закупающий орган запросил гарантию обеспечения оферты выданную коммерческим банком (согласно Приложению № 9 к Стандартной документации №69 от «07» мая 2021.), а не посредством перечисления, поэтому необходимо подготовить гарантию оферты выданную коммерческим банком (согласно Приложению № 9).
