Antreprinorul în conformitate cu prevederile art. 30 a Legii RM nr. 721 din 02.02.1996 privind calitatea în construcții răspunde potrivit obligațiilor ce-i revin pentru viciile ascunse ale lucrărilor, invite întrun-un interval de 5 ani de la recepția lucrărilor. PUTEȚI ASIGURA IMPERMIABILITATEA STRATULUI DE PIETRIS??? este o lucrare de reparație și nicidecum nu construcție capitală, la astefl de lucrări termenul legal nu poate depăși un ciclu îngheț-dezgheț
