In caietul de sarcini aveti doar un strat de asfalt cu agregate mascate, acest tip de asfalt nu trebuie lasat descoperit pe timp de iarna din cauza ca este poros, astfel nu este posibil de acordat garantie cinci ani!
Modificati va rog constructivul sistemului rutier!
